Data Warehousing solution for a multinational Swiss Bank.
Challenge
Leading Swiss Bank needed a Web-based BI solution to access business performance management information and present it to a
broad base of users, with different requirements, via an easy-to-use interface.
Solution
- iGlades designed the data warehouse for harnessing the BI, anchoring on iGlades`s AST delivery Model (AST).
- The powerful business intelligence application runs against a 2-terabyte IBM DB2 Universal Database containing customer
account and transaction data.
- iGlades utilized its AST Delivery Methodology to design the cloud-based enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Systematic processes were configured for managing metadata.
- Data from multiple source systems i.e. web, social media, legacy systems, operational systems etc. was loaded into the
cloud-based Data Warehouse using Talend ETL.
