Challenge
The company was losing customers & revenue and required a centralized merchandising planning, ordering and management system. Customer needed to respond to consumer buying trends; needed better visibility into inventory positions; and wanted to customize offerings at regional and local levels.
Solution
- iGlades designed a cloud-based Data Warehouse to assist with the decision support systems.
- Designed Data Marts for supplier, customer and sales and marketing information.
- The system design was star shaped schema geared towards serving as a central data storage hub for data from source
systems to store data required for analytics.
