Challenge

Leading Swiss Bank needed a Web-based BI solution to access business performance management information and present it to a broad base of users, with different requirements, via an easy-to-use interface.

Solution

• iGlades designed the data warehouse for harnessing the BI, anchoring on iGlades`s AST delivery Model (AST).
• The powerful business intelligence application runs against a 2-terabyte IBM DB2 Universal Database containing customer account and transaction data.
• iGlades designed and developed cloud-based Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Systematic processes were configured to manage metadata.
• Data from multiple source systems i.e. web, legacy systems, social media, ERP etc. was loaded into the data mart using Talend ETL.
